醫學影像與生醫訊號處理實驗室


本實驗室專注於醫學影像與生醫訊號處理,研究目標涵蓋先進影像分析技術、人工智慧輔助診斷、以及臨床導向的多模態整合應用。我們致力於將工程方法與臨床需求結合,發展具有實際臨床價值的技術,推動醫學工程領域的跨域合作與創新。

。磁振造影技術與分析 (Advanced MRI Techniques and Analysis):fMRI、DTI、IVIM、DSC perfusion等影像分析技術。

。臨床導向之磁振影像處理(Clinical-Oriented MRI Image Processing):著重於急性腦中風、神經退化疾病、老化等臨床影像分析。

。磁振造影訊號建模與定量化 (MRI Signal Modeling and Quantification):例如 BOLD、IVIM、動態對比增強 (DCE) 與參數估計。

。多模態磁振影像與生醫訊號整合 (Multimodal MRI and Biomedical Signal Integration):MRI 與 EEG、生理訊號 (ECG、呼吸訊號) 的結合分析。

。人工智慧於磁振造影的應用 (AI Applications in MRI):包含降噪、影像重建、病灶自動分割與預後預測。
